Looking for High School/College students as Social Media Consultant

We are looking for highly motivated high school/college students, with great communication skills, to work as social media consultants for our application. The application is about showing off favorite items, rating and expressing opinions about products popular among teens. Responsibilities will include:
1. Recommend changes in the existing features to make them more interesting to current user base (Teens and Early twenty users)
2. Recommend new features in the application to make it more appealing to target user base
3. Market and promote the application among friends and help recruit other application evangelists
4. Help us with text displayed on the application and on user activities feed on social networking sites.
